Alipay Gateway intergration

Hope Payplans could intergrate Alipay Gateway! Alipay (http://global.alipay.com/ospay/home.html) is the first and almost only choice of gateway in China. It also can transfer buyer's Chinese Yuan to other currencies. Any international merchant can expand their Chinese marketing with it.

    i think half of user who use payplans would buy alipay for payplans , because it is very important for them.

    I'm in. My biggest market will probably be China. UnionPay (via ChinaPay services - CPS) is another payment gateway that is big.
